    Immediate Opening for Inside Sales Position

    You will work in a quick- paced, fast growing real estate office in Woburn surrounded by fun and energetic people. (We wear shorts and flip flops!)

    The ideal person will be self-motivated, goal-driven, outgoing and energetic with excellent written and verbal communication skills, friendly and eager to maintain phone contact and follow up inbound leads. 

    This is a full-time position for someone who never meets a stranger and it doesn’t require a real estate license, but is preferred. This is a high-commission inside sales position. Sales experience is not necessary, as we supply inside sales training, but you must be driven to succeed, willing to call our leads and motivated to learn fast. 

    We need help contacting hundreds of our contacts and current clients. The person we hire will make a minimum of 50 outgoing calls per day to our existing customers. Contemporary computer skills are an absolute must.
